I know a real karate mom -- my friend Lisa. One day I too will be a karate mom.
I am SO sore. We tried out karate as a family tonight (almost -- Chris had to work. Coward). I sit here nursing a glass of wine and whimpering. Ow. I knew I was out of shape. And tonight was simple beginners stuff. But ow! I don't think I'll be able to walk tomorrow. Maybe never again.
Did you all know I was such a whiner? No? Tune in next Thursday for an extra big glass of whine. As to tonight -- early to bed for me.

Mae seemed to enjoy it. Than wants to be in the 7 o'clock group - he's motivated with adults. Oliver - the jury's still out.
I am doing surprisingly well, thank you very much! A glass of wine, 2 aspirin and Tiger Balm on my bad knees did the trick. Now sitting on the toilet then getting up ...
This has nothing to do with the Karate post, but did you notice the add next to it? "Does your cat have fleas?" Okay, I am sure you have heard enough flea jokes, but it hit me as funny :-D
And now I notice that it posted at 11:11 on April 11. Yes, I am bored and simple things are amusing me when I should be washing clothes or something I am sure LOL
