We've done it! We've found another excellent use for pumpkin puree'! (I'm always open to suggestions) Chris bought a five quart tub of vanilla ice cream and asked me to make pumpkin smoothies. YUM!!!
About a quarter to half cup of evaporated milk, about a cup of seasoned pumpkin puree', a cup or so of crushed ice, then heap on the vanilla ice cream. Oh! I added three teaspoons of sugar. And blend to perfection. Then add more vanilla ice cream and blend again. :)
