Road Trip!

Bessie and Fred are taking a road trip! Can you see where they're going? Can you? me either. So let's take a closer look ...

Can you see NOW? We don't know when, but some time in the near future, we will be hitting the road, looking for distant relatives. Stay tuned!

They're going looking for Longhorns? Brave cows living in an Oklahoma kitchen....

Road trips are great! As long as you pull over and sleep at night. Laying down. In a bed.

My husband does not always want to adhere to these standards~

LOVE LOVE LOVE a road trip! I want to know about every Slim Jim and Big Gulp you consume along the way. (Because isn't that the best part of a road trip?!)

Bessie's nose is right over Tulsa, which is where we live. Sorry guys - it's not very far. But for little cows it's a road trip. I'll make sure we stop at every QT on the way for drinks and snacks. Might even pick up a little salt and pepper for the bovines.

But I LOVE me a road trip!

Heading to Coweta to the new Sprawlmart? Say hi to my mom 'cause I'm sure she will probably be there.

You know, we have lots of cows around these parts too. In the house and out ... [the ones in the house actually look very closely related to your very own Fred and Bessie]

Honey, we have plenty of their relations here in Arizona. Dairy farms abound in my corner of the state! :) Of course, out here its standard for these lucky cows to have better A/C systems than most houses!

Sherrie! Yes! We're headed to Coweta to look for more cows! Though probably not to Sprawlmart. It's only about half an hour away.

Dlyn and SM - maybe sometime in the very distant future we can visit Fred & Bessie's relatives all over the country! Very .. very distant future.

Marguerite - I'm hoping we find longhorns, though those might intimidate the cows.

I suck at geography, apparently. I would have never figured it out without the comments.

Make sure you let the bovine out to sample the road trip grass. A delicate cuisine.

My 5 year old would love your blog. She likes to give her stuffed animals human attributes too. For example, two days ago, her stuffed unicorn was vomiting into the ceramic thing that holds oil.

Bessie and Fred are cooler than me. And that really really stinks. Glass cows have a more exciting traveling life than me. Sigh.

:)

Letting you know that I did the page 123 meme this morning - it is very exciting though, so maybe you should have some coffee first.
