And the Winner Is ...

Drum roll please! I can say that now. :) What fun!

First, I'm not doing anymore contests where I have to pick a winner based on their response. This was difficult. :( Y'all all had good responses! I'm holding another contest, with a children's book author interview, the prize being a copy of her book with a CD narration, on the 16th, and I can tell you this much - someone else will pick the winner. And it won't be a haiku contest! Sorry Hallie. Or maybe only Hallie will have to enter haikus? Hmmm. I'm liking that. Heh.

So, on to the winner? Man - I've been listening and thinking about your stories. I have to go with Brown Eyed Girl at the Color of Home, and her Crazy. In fact, I've downloaded the video for you. I know some of you might have trouble with Real Player, so here's the link. This song has really gotten under my skin. The video is fascinating. And it is such a perfect fit for Tammy, such a perfect life theme. Not because she's insane, but just ... well, watch the video. Fall in love with it.

I'm sorry I was late getting this out. We had so much fun with our friends that we didn't want to go home. There was shrimp, people. How does one leave shrimp, for Pete's sake? One simply doesn't. And next time I visit friends? The cows come with. They weren't happy about being left at home.

Until I write again ...

Yeah Tammy! Her blog is so hilarious, she deserved a win (I'm not saying anything about the theme song for her...heh heh).

Is anyone else having Blogger trouble? It took a couple of tries to get here just now, coming up with a server error message. I'll try some other blogspot friends and see if it's just me. :)

Go ahead say it ... maybe I'm crazy!! I can deal with that, honestly. That word has been used to describe me so many times, it has become a term of endearment for me. A previous boss once dubbed me Master of Bullshit, so hey, I'm really okay with it.

Thank you, thank you. And I'm so glad you figured out how to embed the video. If it's alright I'm going to steal it and put it on my blog because I want an easy post so I can go out and play with hubby.

Again, thank you Flea!!
