Our sky last night was phenomenal. I snapped copious photos as I watched it sweep over head in Brown Eyed Girl's direction. I wished her well as I stared through the camera lens. :) I'm sure you appreciate that, don't you BEG? We got a little rain from it, then it moved on. Let me tell ya, the wind from this thing was delicious! Positively wonderful. Here, let me show you what I saw from the front yard:
Not so bad, right? A little thunderstorm?
That's even better, huh? Pretty wall of clouds.
Even prettier.
I think I like the view from the backyard better.
And I scurry for the back porch, just before the rain begins!
Until I write again ...

Beautiful pics Flee! I got a chill just looking at them! Hope BEG didn't get too much rain. Her creek might rise!
I'm not sure where you are, but we got a storm last night about midnight. It had hit central Arkansas and done some damage, but by the time we got it, it was just thunder and rain, lots of rain.
Yep, too much rain here. My pansy-ass dogs don't like going out when the grass is wet so I've been mopping up piddle and poo for the last 2 days. Argh!!
Egads. Sorry, but I got a little chill when I got to the word "wall". I was certain the next photo would be of a wall cloud and then a tornado forming.
It was beautiful, wasn't it? I got to drive home through it that evening, which isn't so much fun; but after I got through the worst of it, I had to pull over just so I could look back at the amazing sky. So mad I didn't have my camera with me!

I'm fascinated with clouds too.

And yeah, the creek is pretty full.

By contrast, some rain isn't half bad.
Yikes, I get spring storm/running to the basement flashbacks when I see pics like this! Glad all is well!
I like the third pictue. Last nigh, we just got an April shower/drizzle all night long.
Beautiful Pics... love the show that's put on when it's about to rain and thunder !

Pretty pics! I love watching the sky during a thunderstorm!
Holy cow, I forgot about storms like that...maybe Spring can wait a little bit...
Though we did have lightening during winter this year!
Wow, that 2nd one looks a little green. Got a basement there in OK?
Oh girl! I am so happy to find someone describe that weather as DELICIOUS! ALL of my pals think I am strange to LOVE the wind, clouds, storms...
Awesome. I love when God creates paintings in the sky for us. :)
We had some rain/snow here to, yesterday. It was incredible.
