And do you see her red locks here? Nooooo! She's just being demure. Alright, she's eating yogurt.
Look! Red curls and a bubble pipe! Yeah, she's holding the pipe upside down, dripping bubble soap all over my carpet. Shh! Don't tell the Hunny! It was so darn cute.
So that was Wednesday. And reading y'all's comments about my flower garden! First, thank you to my new friend from India, but I looked at the photos of the Coix lacryma, including shots of the bulbs, and that's not it. I pulled one of mine up and the bulby things at the end aren't like that. More like water receptacles. If that makes sense.
Second, Marguerite needs to move to Tulsa so we can swap plants - and so does Lori. It took me 17 years to move back here and I'm staying put, so y'all head out this way, m'kay? Shoot, y'all all need to move near me and enjoy the high winds, hail and 100+ heat in summer. How 'bout it?
Third, lilies? Really? I wish the darn things would hurry up and bloom already!
Here's hoping your Thursday is all you want it to be and more!
Until I write again ...

That red hair is HAWT! I'm hella jealous.
shes adorable!
She's a cutie...!
I'm not moving anywhere that involves 100 heat, tornados and ice storms.
I'm digging the contstant rain, threat of earthquake and the occasional volcanic eruption!
I want that baby for myself.
Oh my Lord.... I would not have gotten a thing done with that little cutie around! She is just precious!
She is awfully cute Flea!
My oldest daughter had hair like that as a toddler. All those curls are gorgeous!!

What a cutie pie...love the red locks!!!
Your cat looks like tiger, our outside cat. Tiger likes to go away for a day or two and visit the ladies at a nearby farm. He generally comes home minus some fur and sleeps for a day or two. Love the cutie. I am a grandpa wannabe. MUD
Her red curly hair is to die for!
I loooove little red haired children. You are so lucky to have one in your family.
Guess I didn't guess your plant. I thought it was a weed, but what do I know?
Beeuuuuuttiful child, just precious.
I posted some flower picchas from my yard to see if it helps you identify your mystery plants.
Well, we've got high winds and 100+ degree heat all stinkin' summer, too. However, rather than hail, we get monsoon rains. Quite frankly, I'm not sure which I'd prefer.
And your niece? Adorable!
Not to mention the strawberries and cream complexion...
Thanks for the comment on my old (defunct) blog. My new address is http://TheSilkenTouch.blogspot.com
You're welcome to visit.
Oh, she's a doll. I'd listen to any book she was reading just like your kitty there.
Our neighbor has a cat like him. His name is Earl. Who names a cat Earl!
And, you know, I did my time in Oklahoma already. My dad was stationed at Tinker AFB right before we moved to Japan. I was pretty young, but I remember snow and tornado drills at school.
What a cutie! All those curls.
what a gorgeous baby! My big boy has red wavy hair, but not like those big crimson curls! Beautiful!
and your Lou looks like a slightly smaller version of my George (http://www.justinrummel.com/coppermine/thumbnails/album=7.html)...I sure miss that kitty!
