Woolaroc rocks, you all. I took nearly 300 photos, and half of them were of little boys' backs. I had five boys, including Little Guy, and they ran everywhere, including up and down rocks. Until the last 20 minutes, when they allowed me to snap away while they caught tadpoles. For your viewing pleasures, photos of ten year old boys' backs:
Okay. Seriously. I'll catch y'all up tomorrow evening. I'm subbing in pre-k again tomorrow, for the same class as last Friday. I just know the little ones can't wait to see my bruise (Beth, I'm sparing you the photo this time), so I'm wearing capris just for them. And leaving my new cell phone in the pocket of my purse. And looking where I'm going at all times.
Speaking of looking where I'm going, do you know how difficult it is to climb up and down steep rocks while carrying a camera, camera case and a large bag full of everyone's stuff? Did I tell you it was a long day? If you'll excuse me, I'm going to bed.
Until I write again ...

Hope you get a good night's rest....sounds like you deserve it!!
Ya know... I seem to have a rather large amount of pictures of boys' backs as well! They share space with a collection of faceless boys in various uniforms.
'Cuz you know boys don't actually have faces in pictures until they're out of high school, don't you? :)
I LOVE that shot of the boys all squatting down for tadpoles. Too cute!
I don't have boys, and thus little occasion to take pictures of backs...or fronts. But those seem very nice!
Rest well, my dear! Steer clear of low flying benches!
Ahhhh. The old field trip...I remember those. Sweet dreams.
Yes I would be tired too.
Those are some of the nicest backs I've ever seen!
I can't wait for field trips. I bet little guy loved that you were there. I don't think I ever told my mom but when she came on field trips I was the happiest little gal around!
Thank you for sparing me! ;-)
Actually, my left shin looks a lot like yours! I have a wicked bruise below my knee from bumping a plastic barrel during practice, a SCAR from that dreadmill, I mean treadmill accident I had back in December and another scrape from bumping a metal barrel during a race a few weeks ago.
I love tadpole hunting! Those pictures sure bring back some memories!
Happy Mom's day to you too!
Boys and frogs..yep, what else would boys be interested in.
Love all the boy backs! Too cute!
Isn't Woolaroc wonderful? Haven't been there in a while, but I always enjoy it.
Mayberry Magpie
