Bloggy friends! Head to our friend in England and check out her new arrival!
Internets! This is so weird! It's nearly eleven and I've just gotten out of bed. I don't think I've done that in years. But I work tonight from eleven till seven tomorrow morning and the Hunny said, last night, just sleep in. So, not thinking clearly, I did. I really should have gotten up at my normal time and taken a long nap at about three. Ugh.
So how was everyone's weekend? Really? Me TOO! Probably not. Actually, I really wanted to get a picture of the side of my house for y'all, but the nasty rain and thunder are keeping me indoors at the moment. Oatmeal Head and the Hunny managed to get two sheets of the Hardie board up yesterday and it looks ... well, it looks odd. My mom was here, watching them put it up, saying how good it looked. Hunny was loving the look. Me? I need to see it all up and painted to say, "That looks great!" Sorry. The cream-ish color of the primed stucco board against the faded, ugly blue of the siding above it leaves much to be desired, especially with no trim.
Alright, I'm not going to torture y'all anymore. Clearly, I'm disoriented. Y'all have a good day, alright?
Until I write again ...

Hope you have a terrific day and that the night shift isn't too terrible!
hope you get a nap before you go in...my mom worked midnights for about 20 years...you will never make up that sleep so get it when you can. :)
I miss my bovine babies...
Just wanted you to know today is the FIRST day in a week I've had a chance to read blogs - doing a fly by to tell you I'm still reading ya. :)
I saw them over there...they looked scared at first but then looked right at home with that double-decker.
I am so jealous of those cows. They get to hang with J and in freaking England no less.
