Who out there lives near St. Louis? Anyone? Oatmeal Head wants to visit the arch and I'd like to make it out there this summer, but I need a floor big enough for me and three large-ish children. We'll bring our own sleeping bags. And no snoring. Honest. Any takers?
Until I write again ...

Sorry, I'm not even close to it, but if you ever come to Canada I got a couch you can crash on.
Sorry no St. Louie here!
I'm getting caught up on your blog here. Yahooo for you for sleeping till 11 the other day! I'm jealous.
Sorry Flea. I do have a large, very comfy sofa if you just need a night away and across town!
I hope you find the flooring your looking for. If I was in St. Louis you would be welcome.
P.S. Thanks for stopping in with the encouraging words. I really needed them. Love your writings and I think I am back from the dark side of the moon...LOL.. At least for now.....
Have the floor space, but it's the wrong direction, sorry.
Would the Canadian Rockies do instead because if so I've got an undeveloped basement with your name on it!
I've got plenty of space. I even have a tent in my front room (airing out). Alas, I'm in Washington State...
There is a children's museum in St.Louis in a bog old house that my son loved. He even tolerated the Budweiser tour just to get a chance to see the Clydesdale's. Then there is that six flags place. MUD
Ugh...very far away from there.
my dad lives a short way from the arch... I can ask him ... hes pretty cool about stuff they have an upstairs that we use when up that way... My bio fater was a crane operator on the construction of the arch !
Hugs laura
FATHER not fater
hope you wanna wait until all that flood water subsides since it's sitting about 100miles north of St. Louis! :)
and you know I"m not there...but my SIL is 2 hrs east and my dog breeder is about 2 hrs south...that's the best I can do for you. hee hee
oh, and did I miss your header change? very cool with the OK sky!
If you make it to St. Louis check out the City Museum. OH MY!! It is fabulous and I wished we had the time to have spent the WHOLE DAY there instead of just a few hours.

There's also tons of neat stuff to do in Okie City if y'all feel like heading this way. Free food and board! I won't even make Oatmeal Head work... LOL - had to throw that in for giggles.
