There's some children's cartoon ... is it Out of the Barnyard? I've never watched it, but it disturbs me because the male cow, Otis, is shown with udders. And we expect children to succeed in life, when we teach them that bulls have udders?

Well whatta-ya-know ... I take a break from blogging for a bit and come back to find grammar gone to pot around here and catastrophic cow "boofs" destroying life as we know it. If Fred and Bessie ever make it out here to California we will be sure to make them honorary "Happy Cows" from California. (Note: Our cows are vegetarian and so waaaay relaxed that when they boof it's organic, man. Like wow ... 100% natural. Happy cows are better for the environment ... I tell you, it's true.)

As a homeschooling mom, I simply must insist on a wee bit of grammar brush-up during their stay with us, though. Nothing too taxing, of course -- just a bit of this and that so that their spelling issues become a MOOOOOOOOOt point. ; )
Have I mentioned how much I love the new blog format, colors, the whole shebang! Sometimes I come here even when I know there is nothing new, just for happy colors.
