Wake Me Tomorrow

I can't seem to wake up this morning. They kids are getting ready for school (Maybelline already left for her bus stop, after asking me to drive her there because it's cold - winter is still ahead - didn't happen). Hunny's spending a last few minutes under our comfy down spread. And I'm going back to bed as soon as I wake him.

Still ahead today? Picking up a Smithsonian volcano kit from some lady on the other side of town, then heading to the Breast Center for an ultrasound. It seems that the squishing which happened on Halloween wasn't enough for these people. I have to go back for more prodding today. Ugh.

So I'm going back to bed. In ... five ... four ... three ... wake me when it's over, will ya?

Until I write again ...

I don't blame you... I've had the breast ultrasounds and while they're a lot more comfortable than the squishing, it feels cold and snotty while they're doing it.

Thanks for reminding me that I'm overdue!

You blogged during precious back-to-bed time?

I hope the ultrasound went well for you... keep us posted, will you?

Squishing is almost always followed by the cold gel and the ultrasound for me. I envy the people who can get away with just the squishing! I almost said "Have Fun!" Oops!

UGH .. I get sonogramed every year along with my mammo .. some of us just have 'girls' who dont photograph well/clearly/definitively enough and while it is a pain to go back be thankful your radiologist is thorough and wants to be positive you are okay ...

Smile pretty when they say Dont Breathe ...
