Can I just tell you all that come tomorrow morning they had better not find a reason for me to have another colonoscopy for another ten years. I'm just sayin' ...
Oh Flea....I'm so sorry! I am told that peppermint tea is a post colonoscopy's best friend. My Dad swears by it. That being said....he is the same man that asked the doctor to write a note to my mom, telling her that his head was not up there. Ya...I didn't stand a chance, did I?
What a bummer...no pun intended. OK, yes it was! ;-) I hear those colonoscopies are a pain in the butt. I can't stop! I hope everything goes well and that you're okay! Loved your first post and I hope you are enjoying life after a big move. We moved from Australia almost 13 years ago after 7 years and there's not a lot of people that keep in touch. Sad.
Best of luck to you! I hope everything comes out all right. Er, I mean...Husband and son have both had them, and the preparation was the worst part. I hope your recovery is complete. You deserve a pony just for this!
Yuck, like another poster said, the prep IS the worst part. Blech. I feel your pain. I gotta have them every seven years or so. Thank GAWD not more often than that!

Feel better.

So been there. Had my first one last spring...egads!
Oh, bless your heart! That sounds umpty jillion times worse than any "routine" test I can think of.
I'll bet as colons go, yours is purty, though. Clean thoughts and living.

The prep is the WORST.
