What the crap?! Take a look:
(Sorry for the crappy picture)
I know, right? And it's one of those romance novels set in Amish country. Like that hasn't been DONE TO DEATH in Christian romance novels. And have I read the other million Amish romance novels out there? Have I read ANY Christian romance novels? Very, very few. I despise the genre, as a rule. Like any other genre, it needs to be well written to capture me. I think I've read five in the romance field which were well done, and four of those were by the same author, all in a series.
BUT! Just for you, bloggy friends, I will read and review this particular novel. AND! If it's worth passing on? I will hold a giveaway. Just for you. Be warned! Be prepared! Be afraid. Be very afraid. Because I think I will give it away regardless of its quality. Heh.
Until I write again ...

How cool is it that you get free books? But I'm in agreement with you on the choice of genres and quality. Posting here so I don't get put into the giveaway pool. :P
That doesn't do it for me. Although the large print is enticing....
You're a better woman than me. Don't think I would be able to get through that book.
You're a better woman that me too. I'd probably just admire the cover!
I generally don't like Christian romance either. Can't wait to hear what you have to say about it.
Doesnt do it for me ... in this case its not at all about size .. and totally about content ..not my cuppa
Free books always come with a catch - just be careful!
I guess the only christian fiction has been the pioneer series by Janette Oke. They were good and have been done into movies that are shown often on Hallmark.
I also read a series set in the civil war south that was a christian based set.
I just finished 'The Shepherd of the Hills'. This is the book that the movie was based on. And it was a John Wayne movie. The book was written in the 30's.
LOL! I'm not a fan of romance novels either, and I can't think of ONE SINGLE Christian romance novel I've ever read.
No, wait, unless Redeeming Love counts. And I liked that one. But romance novels just don't do it for me.
So don't suffer through the book on MY behalf! Hee hee!
Eeek. The entire notion sounds ghastly. Do let us know if there's anything especially mirth-inducing, especially if it involves Amish quilts.
(If the author is reading these words, no personal offense intended. After all, it isn't like I've won a Pulitzer for my writing.)
That is a good friend! You share even the ugly...
I bet you do this: "Wow, this is really awful, here taste it!" ;-)
Hmmmm, I will have to pass on the romance novels. LOL But I hope you enjoy them!!
Hmm. Sounds like they thought you were a senior. JK.
I like the large print. It's easier to read.
