Lunch Dates Wanted

I'm wanting to figure out which of y'all are on my route from Tulsa to Dallas to Central Louisiana and back. Because come mid-March, I'm driving to Dallas to spend the night with a friend I haven't seen in years, then heading to my grandmother's for a few days. All. By. Myself. YeS!

(I might bring visitors)

It was my Hunny's idea. I've been surrounded by people, my own people, and in the house, for far too long. It's time to get out and just drive. And spend time with other people.

So I'm looking for lunch dates. Or dinner dates. My kids have spring break coming up. Maybelline is going to Mexico on a mission trip, to hang out with the orphans her youth group sponsors. Hunny and the boys may go camping, or they may hang around town, shooting each other with paint ball and air soft rifles. Who knows? Who cares? I'm leaving town!

So who wants a visit from the Good Flea? I'll drive a little out of my way to say hi. Especially if you feed me. :) But J, I'm afraid I can't drive out to visit you. The water's too cold this time of year.

Until I write again ...

Flea

Hey! I am in northern Dallas right along 35E in the city of The Colony. Let me know when you are heading this way- I would love to meet with you for lunch or dinner. Of course, on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have classes from 2 until 9 which would make dinner hard . . . let me know!

Okay - I should say - not too far from 35E.

I suspect Israel isn't quite along your route, but I'll happily take you to lunch if you ever make it over here :-).

Very cool of your husband by the way.

I'm in NE Arkansas. In Jonesboro. If that isn't too far out of your way, come by. I'll buy you lunch or take you to my new favorite place to eat in Paragould. Called the Brick Oven. Best Pizza I've had in years.

Update--I'll be in South Texas from March 12th to the 17th, so you may have to swing my way on your way home.

Keep on coming ALL THE WAAAAAAAAY to Northern California and you'll be met with open arms, brimming hearts, and LOTS of good food. NO? Too far? HRMPH! [She crosses her arms and taps her foot in a pouty fashion. Then gets down on her knees and prays for her friend's safe journey and spiritual nourishment as she sets out on a wonderful adventure.]

HAVE FUN!!!!! : D

If not, I will gladly provide food :)

I guess Utah is a bit of a detour. I would have gladly fed you. Maybe your friend could move to Seattle next year and you could stop in then. No? well, maybe if I move Dallas? Oh, not much aerospace there. O'well.

Enjoy your time. I am so jealous.

Excuse me, although we just met...
get your tush out to the PNW, you can do it.. it's only about 2500 miles! Grab you friend in Dallas, do A Banger Sister Road Trip Thelma and Louise style, (bypass the Grand Canyon), you will get food, friendship, a bed, live intertainment and a floor show if I can get hubster trained with the hoops by then.
Seriously do have a safe and blessed trip, you so deserve it.
hugs Judi
ps; you can send my prize for most creative comment to .... :D
