Real Live People!!!

Oh. My. Gosh.

We've met bloggers in real life before, right? I mean, this spring I met Karen, at Simply A Musing Blog, as well as Trisha, of In My Dreams I Can Talk. That was so exciting! And I'm hoping, the last week of June, to meet Marcy, of Able's Antics. Dallas seems to be a good layover for a drive to central Louisiana. And it's so much fun to meet y'all face to face!

But last night I met two bloggers at once! Two bloggers I've been commenting
with or corresponding with for at least two years. At least one I've come to know and love online, the other connected with to a degree then lost track of when the blog we both read shut down.

And I have pictures! And, sometime in the next week or two, a book giveaway!

Suzie, seen here, has written several books, and I'll be giving away a signed copy of The Mom I Want to Be. We've been online and bloggy friends for a bit and I
enjoy her tremendously.

And here's Cheryl! She was a pleasant surprise! Hi, Cheryl! Cheryl has contributed to quite a few books.

Mr. Monkeysuit had a good time. The stinker. He always puts in an apperance when pretty ladies are present. See him with Trudy? Trudy has a fascinating story about her name. It's short for her first name, which she'll only speak in whispers. So she understood my nickname. :)

The scamp. What I didn't expect was to see him take so well to Don. Don seemed to enjoy his company. Hmm.

Finally, a photo of Suzie, Cheryl and myself. It was SO much fun meeting them in real life! Thank you ladies, for your friendship!

Until I write again ...

Flea

I'm so glad you got to meet Suzie! For some reason I guess I thought you already had!

I love when i meet other bloggers... but it's always a bit odd at first... you know so much detail about them, but yet you don't...

What fun! It looks like you had a fun time (and so did Mr. Monkeysuit!). Meeting bloggeres is such fun.

Of course, you are the only blogger I have actually met so my opinion is rather limited!

Flea, what fun it was to meet you last night! Who would have ever thought when we started reading and commenting over at Boomer Babes that we would one day meet! Thanks so much for helping to make my day especially memorable yesterday -- take care!

Meeting bloggy friends is the best. Now where will you be going where Seattle is a good stopover?
