New friends came to town this week! Chelf contacted me about getting together while she was in Tulsa for the day, so I said yes to a lunch invitation. She also asked if I could bring the bovines. How could I say no? I met yet another blogger face to face, as well as her husband, and we had a great time! And a great lunch at Fuddrucker's.

Mr. Monkeysuit couldn't resist taking advantage of the situation to try out the new trick he keeps hearing about (we ARE in Oklahoma, after all) - cow tipping!

Chelf's hubby won a contest last year, captioning a mug with Fred and Bessie on it's side, so he insisted on having his photo taken with the famous cows. They were honored to meet someone so witty and charming.

Even though Fred and Bessie were incensed that we ate beef burgers, they did us the favor of finishing up the lettuce and fries:

A good time was had by all. Next time I'll head to Oklahoma City for a bovine photo shoot with Chelf!
