Update

Just a quick update on this beautiful Friday morning. I think I've told y'all that I walk with buddies a couple of times a week? And I believe I mentioned that I gained 15 pounds since the time I started walking? About 4 months now.

This week we added two mornings of weight training to the regimen. I think the scale is finally moving in the right direction. Woohoo! We'll see. So I'm worn out, see. And my fingers are tired. I'll see you all on Funny Bone Monday. Happy weekend, all!

Congrats! I can only lose weight when I combine cardio and strength training. Frustrating, isn't it!
