So. I haven't been burning baby animals the way I want to, being sick and all. But! This weekend I did some minor burning. Burnt eyeballs. And a pretty flower. Here! Let me show you!
Isn't this a beaut? My Hunny did this one.
Maybelline's friend made this poppy
Doesn't it look great on the back of her head? My photograph's not so great - sorry.
This one - this one's alllllll mine. My version of eyes in the back of my head.
This one too. I love it.
My Hunny? He's learning leather work. He picked up a pack of oval blanks to tool. The basket weave design is his. He also turns the dowels. I'm having fun too, though.
Gotta scoot! It's spring break and the weather is to die for! We're headed to the Illinois River today to hike and play and let the dogs run and swim. Y'all have a great day!
Until I write again ...

I like the whole "Eyes in the back of your head" theme! If only I had long hair again so I could use one of your fun designs!
I am glad that you are feeling better.
These are so wonderful! You are one talented family. And I do love those eyeballs! The poppy is gorgeous and I love Hunny's work.
Love those! What talent. So glad you are feeling better. That thyroid stuff can get you. I am on medication for mine. Enjoy spring break. Ours is the first week in April.

WOW! Love those eyeballs! And that Poppy! Glad you are better, too;)
I love these designs. The eyeball is super cute.
I had an ultrasound on my thyroid today. I have a tumor on each side, and we watch it and measure it. Fortunately, neither are growing, and one actually seems to be shrinking....and that mean old ent wanted to take them out. I call them Lucy and Ethel
Oh, That river is so much fun!!! Rafting in summer... cool times.
*sigh*. That and Tenkiller lake I really miss the lake.
Love your craftiness-- I wish I had hair, I'd be pestering you for one of these :-)
Happy corned beef and cabbage to you today!
Glad you are better ... I am not crazy about those eye balls but you could sell a lot of them in tiger country, apparently as long as a tiger thinks you are looking at it, it wont attack.
Okay I'm diggin the first two but the eyeballs freak me out a bit. I could see how it would be handy with kids though!!
Glad you are on the mend!
I used to wear those in high school! How fun to make some and ya'll did a great job they look cool! Very glad your better-you been sick as stink.
Yeah, the "eyes on the back of your head" is great. That would be a great thing to freak out your kids with. Love it! I actually thought I already left a comment. Losin' it, I tell ya!
