Our team is in the midst of creating an ergonomically and economically improved child car seat. It will comprise of improved padding for children, a pneumatic system that will reduced G-force during collision, and a seat which toddlers of all sizes will be comfortable in.

I still have one in my car for my son.....booster seat.

Hi Flea. Having had 5 kids in car seats, i will answer respectively for each one:
1.) N Y N N N -- the problem w #2 was that my seat was recalled but i was never notified, despite immediate registration. Found out about it reading Consumer Reports 6 months later.

8.) The first car seat had an overhead bar that swung in front from behind. One of the knobs on the sides holding it in the hole snapped.

19.) What? If i understand correctly, yes and no. It is very difficult to fit three car seats in the back of a car--the bases cover the seat belt buckles. My children are all petite but bigger kids might need the room, and plus more car seat means more between the child and the wreckage.
20.) i have had Graco, Evenflo, the Alpha Omega, and Safety First. Latter was best car seat but had synthetic material heat issue.
