I resolve to do SOMETHING healthy for myself . . . EVERY DAY. Whether it's taking time to moisturize and put on makeup, make sure I drink 8 glasses of water, or turn off the computer at 10 and go to bed, I will do SOMETHING every day. The areas in most need of attention? Sleep, meds on time, more water & less pop, and the biggie? EXERCISE. Even when I can't get to the gym, I now have a Wii Fit Plus and absolutely NO EXCUSES.
